Additional Disclosures
Subsequent to the reporting date, the directors resolved to apply for the company to be voluntarily struck off the Companies Register. As this decision was made after the balance sheet date of 31st January 2025, and did not reflect conditions existing at that date, no adjustments have been made to the financial statements. The accounts have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.
