Dynamic Lifestyle is a new organisation built and driven by a small team with strong family values. Health and wellbeing is at the heart of our lives and we strive to support local communities and individuals from all backgrounds and demographics to achieve long, healthy, happy lives. At Dynamic Lifestyle we believe sport is one of the most effective ways to equip children with the skills they need to grow into healthy, happy and thriving adults. Through our school provision, holiday clubs and community groups, we provide enriching sporting activities and nutritional education across Durham and the North East, supporting individuals and families live more active lives.
