STATEMENTS

1. For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
2. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
3. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
4. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES

Company is limited by guarantee. The company receives contributions towards property outgoings from the lessees ('service charge funds'). As set out in Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act, the appointed managing agent acting on behalf of the company holds these funds for the lessees and these contributions do not form part of the company accounts.
