3.Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
Included within other creditors is an interest-free loan; that is repayable on demand, that was provided by Dr I Brackenridge and Ms F Brackenridge who are both directors of the company. As at 28th February 2025, the company owed Dr I Brackenridge £6,598 (£6,035 in 2024) and Ms F Brackenridge £5,852 (2024: £5,290).
For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
