4. Current assets investments note

On 28.04.2020 the company purchased Blackwall Yard, 2 Blackwall Way, London E14 for £41,347,588. On 30.07.2020 £3,900,000 was paid for overage and parking rights. The company has incurred development costs of £39,477,754.
