3.Director's Loan
The Directors provided working capital loans to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Directors as at February 2025 was £860 (2024 N/A) for Stefan Bordacs & £860 (2024 N/A) for Eloise Whiteland. The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.
For the period ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
