Director's advances, credits and guarantees
At the year end the company owed the director £119,643
(2023 - £163,963
). The amount was interest free and repayable on demand. Other debtors of £200,000 are amounts due from Devon Quantitative Services Ltd, a company wholly owned by the director. Other creditors of £630,931 are amounts owed to Devon Quantitative Services Ltd, a company wholly owned by the director.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
