. The amount owing to the director is interest free and repayable on demand. Other debtors of £630,931 are amounts due from Devon Complex Capital Advisors Ltd, a company wholly owned by the director. Other creditors of £200,000 are amounts owed to Devon Complex Capital Advisors Ltd, a company wholly owned by the director.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
