Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made loans to the Directors, which were non-interest bearing and repayable on demand. The maximum loan during the year to Mr S A Carley-Smith was £4,520, and the maximum loan during the year to Mrs S J Carley-Smith was £6,050. Both loans were repaid in full before the year end.
