Offering group and individual mental health programs at low (or no) cost to the individual participants who may be struggling with their mental health/ brain health. We offered a low-cost workshop relating to sleep hygiene in April 2024. We offered individual mental health to teens who were struggling with school attendance due to anxiety. 11 sessions were competed with L. Smith between June 2024 and November 2024.
We posted on social media and asked the community for input regarding their mental health needs. We spoke to families about their needs and the needs of their teens who were struggling to attend school.
£300 for a total of 11 sessions was paid to L. Smith who delivered all the individual sessions at a discounted rate on behalf of Balance Therapy. She was paid for her time.
