ARYP CIC focused on strengthening its foundations to ensure long-term benefits for the community. While direct activities were limited, this period provided us with the opportunity to: - Listen and Learn: We gathered insights from families, young people, and community members to better understand their priorities and challenges. This will ensure our future programmes are shaped by the real needs of the community. - Build Partnerships: We invested time in developing and strengthening relationships with local organisations and stakeholders, creating a stronger support network for when our projects launch. - Plan for Growth: By consolidating our resources and refining our strategies, we have positioned ourselves to deliver more impactful services in the year ahead, particularly in supporting vulnerable families and engaging young people. This groundwork has already begun to benefit the community by ensuring that ARYP CIC will be ready to provide sustainable, well-targeted, and meaningful support moving forward.
During the financial year, ARYP CIC maintained dialogue with key stakeholders to ensure our future plans reflect community priorities. We: - Engaged informally with families and young people, gathering feedback on their needs and challenges. - Spoke with partner organisations to explore opportunities for collaboration and joint delivery. - Sought input from community members through ongoing conversations, which has helped shape our strategic focus for the coming year. This consultation has ensured that our planning remains responsive, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of those we aim to serve.
