The company has participated in the following activities: 1. Delivery of community focused digital inclusion workshops in Whitchurch for individuals and businesses, including recruitment of young adult volunteers 2. Climate inclusion support and workshops for individuals across the region including train-ing young volunteers 3. Work placements for young people and unemployed adults 4. Growth of a volunteer network for climate and digital skills 5. Research reports and ebooks related to inclusion, social justice, skills and employment. 6. 1:1 business coaching/mentoring support related to developing social or environmental purpose and creating inclusive work practices 7.Workshops for businesses and the community on finance and business planning. 8. Submission of grant applications to set up a youth entrepreneurship offer in North Shrop-shire. 9.Setting up and supporting new networks such as FoundHer Whitchurch, Female Finance and Investment and Social Enterprise Alliance Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. 10. Research support on structural barriers to employment related to health and wellbeing
Companies stakeholders include: 1. Local authorities - have consulted with on projects and proposal and actively collabo-rating on workshops to include YP under business support. This has been done via teams meetings. Meet regularly and this has led to the development of new workshops and programmes. 2. Local community – engagement through our community delivery, with local communi-ty groups such as Community Connectors and Actionista Whitchurch, Community Resource, Community Foundation and the local community network for social pre-scribing. 3. Regular engagement with local business networks and our community led ones such as FoundHer. 4. Schools & College and Youth Clubs - working with the local secondary school ca-reers lead and local colleges which is leading towards more work experience place-ments and recruitment of local young people. Setting up programmes to support our local youth work offer at Shropshire Youth. 5. Regular engagement and discussions with our local community through our digital drop ins and volunteers.
