In its first year of incorporation, the company did not undertake any trading or operational activities. No services were delivered, no contracts were entered into and no financial transactions took place. Preparing for the future delivery of its community-focused activities The company has not yet started active delivery of community benefit projects. However the objects of the company remain unchanged and fully focused on providing benefit to the local disadvantaged occupants of the local community, facing, homelessness, drug dependency and mental health issues.
No consultation with stakeholders
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
