Ashcroft Court Limited is a flat management company, and is the successor company to Crestwood Property Management Limited.

The company collects service charges and maintains the properties and grounds on behalf of its tenants.

Service charges received are held on trust for the tenants, and a separate service charge account is prepared showing service charge receipts and related payments.

Service charge surpluses or deficits are not payable to or by the company shareholders, and are excluded from these accounts.

Ashcroft Court LTD is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 11 Kings Park Road, Southampton, SO15 2AT.

For the year ended 30 November 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
