Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are members who are signed up to the Bas-Arts-Index network, who are members of the community which we serve. Between 8th December to 31st December we had 19 new members sign up, which by the end of December 2024 we had a total of 143 members. Core forms of consultation we undertake regularly are: Surveys are regularly sent out to members to better shape the activity we undertake for example the Contours workshops, a longlist of workshops were offered to members who then voted for their top two workshops which were then planned and delivered. We regularly maintain Group Discussions with our members to receive feedback on current projects and also brainstorming future project ideas. These conversations take place during public facing activities such as Bas-Arts-Socials and Bas-Arts-Trips. These conversations also take place informally on a private members facebook group and discord group. Feedback questionnaires are completed by members who attend specific activities such as Contours Workshops and Bas-Arts-Trips. In March 2025 we held an AGM to report back on activity during the period of 2023/ 2024. During this meeting Bas Arts Index Directors opened the Large Membership offer and voting rights to members. At the AGM we consulted those attending on what activities they would like to see and also fundraising. The Large Membership offer remains open throughout the year for members that would like to obtain voting rights.
