Holdens Estate Agents Limited
The son of the sole shareholder of this Company is the sole shareholder in Holdens Estate Agents Limited which paid rent to this Company during the year on commercial premises it occupies amounting to £12,000 (2024-£12,000). John Holden and Mary Bernadette Holden, shareholders of this company, are shareholders of Holden Group Management Limited.
