For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

1. General Information
Holden Group Property Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 04584186 . The registered office is 66 Derby Road, Longridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR3 3FE.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover comprises rental income from property letting, net of VAT.
2.3. Investment Properties
All investment properties are carried at fair value determined annually and derived from the current market rents and investment property yields for comparable real estate, adjusted if necessary for any difference in the nature, location or condition of the specific asset. No depreciation is provided for. Changes in fair value are recognised in the profit and loss account.
Deferred taxation is provided on these adjustments at current rates but current capital losses brought forward currently exceed net gains potentially chargeable in this respect.
2.4. Taxation
Taxation represents the sum of the tax currently payable.

The amount owed to this Company in this respect at 31st March 2025 was £NIL (2024-£NIL).

The son of the sole shareholder of this Company is the sole shareholder in Holdens Estate Agents Limited which paid rent to this Company during the year on commercial premises it occupies amounting to £12,000 (2024-£12,000). The amount owed to this Company in this respect at 31st March 2025 was £NIL (2024-£NIL).

Holden Group Management LimitedJohn Holden and Mary Bernadette Holden, shareholders of this company, are shareholders of Holden Group Management Limited. This company has loaned monies to Holden Group Management Limited of which £422,000 (2024-£494,620) was outstanding at 31 March 2025. The maximum amount owing on the loan during the year was £517,000 (2024-£494,620). The Loan is repayable on demand and interest is payable on the loan at commercial rates of which £29,111 (2024-£22,162) was received during the year. This company paid property management fees to Holden Group Management Limited during the year amounting to £5,832 (2024-£5,197).
