As at the year end the directors and shareholders loaned to the company £90.58. This loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
