1.General Information

3.Post Balance Sheet Events
On 28 February 2025, the total share capital of the company was sold to Flexjet Operations Limited which is part of the wider OneSky Flight, LLC group of companies. As a result of this, the accounting period has been shortened for this set of financial statements to align with the group accounting year-end date of 31 December.
For the period ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
