Additional Disclosures
The director has decided that the company will cease trading and wind down its operations following the balance sheet date of 31 August 2025. The company will continue to meet its obligations in the normal course during the wind-down period, and the director considers it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these accounts.
