3. Director's Loan
The Directors, Ms Hairret Haines-Young and Mrs Joanna Haines-Young, provided working capital loans to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding as at 31st December 2024 to Harriet was £4,802.64 (2023 N/A) and to Jo was £5,347.69 (2023 N/A). The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.
For the period ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
