THE HEALING SHARE - WELLBEING & THERAPIES CIC

Directors' report period ended 31 October 2024

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 October 2024

Principal activities of the company

Principal activities are to provide wellbeing services and support for residents of Stockton on Tees in Tees Valley by giving access to therapies, mindfulness, yoga, movement and meditation to those members of the community who would not normally have the means to access them. We offer therapies on a voluntary basis, and provide some groups with subsidised services, as well as endeavouring to access funding to be able to offer these services for free.

Political and charitable donations

We secured £399 of grant funding from The Teesside Charity for room rental and to provide therapies to service users in the community in September 2023. From October 2023 to March 2024 we used this to rent space in 2 halls to offer movement and mediation groups.
