Ultimate parent undertaking
All of the company's issued share capital is held by Marimed Shipping Inc., a company incorporated in Liberia. The ultimate holding company is Marigulf Shipping (1996) Limited, a company incorporated in Israel. The company has taken advantage of the exemption contained in FRS8 'Related Party Disclosures' from disclosing transactions with entities which are part of the group. The group controls 100% of the voting rights of the company.
The company did not trade during the year and has not made either a profit or loss.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
