For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

1. General Information

TEPEDE Graphics Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 03716741 . The registered office is 2 Station Road West, Oxted, RH8 9EP.

2. Accounting Policies

2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

2.2. Going Concern Disclosure

A going concern basis has been used, notwithstanding the deficiency of net liabilities, on the basis that the director and shareholder have undertaken to continue to provide financial support as may be required for the continuation of the company's business for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts. The directors have considered the financial position of the company and have concluded that the company is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts.

8. Related Party Transactions

Tepede EDC s.r.o. - a fellow subsidiary

Tepede EDC s.r.o paid expenses on behalf of Tepede Graphics Limited of £1,014 (2023 - £1,200). The balance owing to Tepede EDC s.r.o. at the balance sheet date is £22,340 (2023 - £21,326).

Kleibergen Holding B.V. - a company under common control

The balance owing to Kleibergen Holding B.V. at the balance sheet date is £24,102 (2023 - £24,102).

Tepede Holding B.V. - immediate parent company

The balance owing to Tepede Holding B.V. at the balance sheet date is £287,449 (2023 - £287,449).

9. Ultimate Controlling Party

The company's ultimate controlling party is D E Kleibergen .

The ultimate parent company is P J Kleibergen Beheer en Management B.V. which is incorporated in The Netherlands. Copies of group accounts can be obtained from the Company Secretary at Rotterdamse Rijweg 203, 3042AP Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
