The business made a number of transactions with related parties during the period, albeit these relationships were terminated in the period, such that the business

Repaid £105 to Easymovy Travel & Tour Operator Limited, formally Easymovy Next Generation Communications Limited, such that a period end the business owes £7855 to this business.

Advanced a further £165 to Neotech Telecoms Limited, such that a period end the business is owed a £3009 by this business.

Was repaid £931 & advance a further £29661 to by Telpop Global IOT & Mobile Solutions Limited, such that a period end the business is owed £29661 by this business.

For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
