Review of the Business During the year, the company successfully delivered a range of projects that generated significant community benefit: - Friends Can Tell Project – We acted as a delivery partner, co-creating workshops and a short film with girls aged 14–18 to explore healthy relationships and raise awareness of teen domestic abuse. The findings, published by SafeLives, contributed to the wider safeguarding agenda. - Personal Development Programme – In partnership with Step Now and Peabody Housing, we co-designed and delivered a six-week programme for teenage girls, improving self-esteem, resilience, and aspirations for the future. - High-Risk Young People’s Programme (Juvenis, Lambeth) – As delivery partner and project manager lead, we provided 1:1 tailored support for boys and girls affected by domestic abuse, exploitation, and violence. This intervention reduced immediate risks and strengthened pathways into safety, education, and wellbeing services. The directors are satisfied that the company has made strong progress in delivering against its mission and continues to demonstrate meaningful impact for young people and their communities. Future Developments The company intends to continue developing innovative programmes in collaboration with local partners, building capacity to reach more young people across London. Our priorities for the coming year include strengthening safeguarding partnerships, expanding peer-led education initiatives, and securing sustainable funding to scale delivery.

During the financial year, our CIC focused on supporting young people at risk of abuse, exploitation, and disadvantage, with a particular emphasis on teenage girls and high-risk young people in Lambeth. Our programs combined creative engagement, personal development, and intensive intervention to build resilience, raise awareness, and improve safeguarding outcomes. Friends Can Tell – Healthy Relationships and Domestic Abuse Awareness- As a delivery partner for the Friends Can Tell project, we co-created workshops and a short film with groups of girls aged 14–18. This gave young women a safe and supportive environment to explore healthy relationships and challenge harmful behaviours. The project not only empowered participants with knowledge and confidence, but also produced creative resources that continue to benefit the wider community by raising awareness. The findings were published by SafeLives, helping influence wider policy and practice in tackling teen domestic abuse. Personal Development Program for Teen Girls (with Step Now and Peabody Housing)- We delivered a six-week personal development program designed to strengthen self-esteem, aspiration, and resilience among teenage girls. Co-created with the participants themselves, the program ensured content was relevant and accessible to their lived experiences. This work improved confidence, encouraged positive peer networks, and connected participants to wider opportunities in education and employment. The benefits extended beyond the individual participants by strengthening community cohesion and building the capacity of young women to act as role models. High-Risk Young People’s Program (Juvenis – Lambeth)- As delivery partner and project manager lead, we supported boys and girls who had experienced domestic abuse, criminal exploitation, sexual abuse, and violence. Through 1:1 tailored intervention, we helped young people process trauma, reduce risks, and build pathways into safe, positive futures. This work not only directly safeguarded some of the most vulnerable young people in the community, but also reduced the impact of exploitation and violence in Lambeth. By linking participants to education, mental health, and family support services, we created long-term benefits for both individuals and their wider networks. Across all projects, our CIC has contributed to: -Increased awareness and education about healthy relationships and abuse prevention. -Improved confidence, resilience, and aspirations for teenage girls. -Intensive safeguarding support for high-risk young people, reducing harm and risk of exploitation. -Stronger community connections between young people, families, and local services.
