3. Guarantees and other financial commitments

A director has a legal charge over the freehold property known as 17 Vernon Place and land to the north side of 17 Vernon Place, Falmouth until the loan to purchase the property, and cumulative interest at 4% per annum, is repaid in full. The property is shown within fixed assets and the loan is shown with current liabilities.

For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
