Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are residents of Watford. We ask everyone (parents and young people) using our services to fill in a short questionnaire. This has helped us to build up a profile of their needs and what we can do to meet those more effectively. Our research has enabled us to identify that they are a lot of household struggling with the cost of living and therefore our free services are essential to the community. We encourage those accessing our services to communicate to us via the provided “suggestions box” for us to continuously improve our services.
