The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

The company invested £59,000 in the year ended 31 May 2023 but the investment became wortthless due to the fraud conducted by the investment agency which disappeared after the fraud. This was reported to finacial ombudsman but no recovery was possible. The company has made investments of £766,000 in listd investments and mutual funds during the year ended 30 June 2025.
The company invested £59,000 in Investment portfolio of Exzotic Limited in the year ended 31 May 2023 but the investment became worthless due to the fraud conducted by the Exczotic Limited who disappeared after the fraud. This was reported to Financial Ombudsman but no recovery was possible.
