In the financial year 2024, the company’s activities have had a positive impact on the community in areas of Tower Hamlets & Newham. We have delivered support and services to a wide range of community members, including the homeless, people with disabilities, unemployed youth, and those experiencing mental health challenges. Our initiatives included key activities such as skills workshops, volunteering programs, food/essential aid distribution, mental health support sessions which have improved social inclusion, wellbeing, and opportunities for vulnerable members of the community. Feedback from participants and local partners indicates that our efforts have strengthened community cohesion and provided meaningful support to those most in need.
The company actively consulted with a range of stakeholders to ensure our activities met the needs of the community. Stakeholders included local residents, community groups, partner charities, local authorities, and service users. Consultation methods included surveys, focus group discussions, one-to-one meetings, and community forums. Feedback gathered informed the design and delivery of our programs, helping us address the specific needs of homeless individuals, people with disabilities, unemployed youth, and those experiencing mental health challenges. This collaborative approach ensured our activities were relevant, effective, and responsive to the community
