The director has adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements; the director is satisfied the company has sufficient reserves and access to the financial support necessary to meet working capital requirements and enable the company to remain in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

During the year an advance of £1,990 was made to the company director. There were no conditions attached to the loan which was interest free.
