This year Mudita Salus CIC has provided a range of community well-being activities, including mindfulness walks, workshops, and creative sessions that supported people to connect with themselves, others, and their environment. These activities have helped reduce isolation, improve mental health, and build stronger community connections. Looking ahead, the CIC plans to expand its programme by offering regular nature connection walks, creative well-being workshops, and outreach projects bringing elements of nature and mindfulness to those who cannot easily access them, ensuring that well-being opportunities remain accessible and inclusive.
