1	Basis of Preparation

	These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 relating to micro-entities.

3	Fixed Asset Investments

	The company holds a 50% shareholding in Errigal Technologies Group Limited, an unlisted company incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. Company registration number 739144. - The investee is non-trading and is itself a holding company. - The remaining 50% is owned by an unrelated company. - There is no joint venture agreement, so the company does not have joint control. - The investment is carried at cost less impairment under FRS 105. Carrying value at year end: £43.


4	Directors' Advances, Credits and Guarantees

	During the year the company did not make advances, give credits or enter into guarantees in favour of any director.


5	Financial Commitments, Guarantees and Contingencies

	At the reporting date the company had no financial commitments, guarantees or contingent liabilities.
