Year ended 31 March 2025
1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 3 (2024: 4 ).
2. Foreign currency
The company receives most of its income in US Dollars. Accumulated USD get converted to Sterling. All transactions are carried out at appropriate rates of exchange. At any time, the company is holding part of its assets in STG and part in USD. The company has to revalue the USD holding at the start and the end of the year. Fluctuations in exchange rates can effect the profits of the company by as much as plus or minus £10,000 in some years. The company tried to counter this by choosing when to sell its USD. This can both make a small profit for the company and helps smooth the exchange rate. The company's holdings in USD at the end and the start of the year were valued as follows: 31.03.2025 $114,547 at 1.292 totalling £88,659 31.03.2024 $64,843 at 1.263 totalling £51,341
