The company maintains the communal access roads, communal landscaping and communal drains and sewers within the residential development at Church Green. This benefits the residents of the Estate as well as visitors, tradesmen and other users who require access. During the financial year 2024, the company has benefited the community of Church Green in the following ways: - the communal recreation areas have been maintained on a fortnightly basis: lawns close-mown and strimmed with all grass clippings removed from site; flower beds weeded and watered/fed where necessary; fallen leaves removed from site. - seasonally, the lawns have been weeded and seeded; planting areas planned to achieve blooms in spring, summer and autumn; advise taken on condition of tress and hedgerows and appropriate works to be planned and carried out. The above have contributed to the maintenance and good presentation of the communal ar-eas, and benefits the residents and visitors of Church Green.
The directors and stakeholders are all resident at Church Green and jointly oversee the day to day maintenance of the Estate. All stakeholders meet on a regular basis and have equal input into the running and presentation of the Estate. Residents are also encouraged to contact the directors throughout the year with suggestions as to how the Estate could be better presented. There is ongoing consultation meetings between the directors and stakeholders and the managing agent to identify, plan and complete further works to better the appearance of the estate.
