We also proudly fielded a Women and Girls team in the GBWR National Women’s Cup, supporting the growth of female participation in the sport. Paralympic Format Debut: We played our first Paralympic wheelchair rugby match, marking a significant milestone in the club’s development and expanding opportunities for players to experience the full spectrum of the sport. Junior Development: We continued to grow our junior section, which is now recognised as one of the largest in the UK, offering a pathway for young disabled athletes to engage in sport, build confidence, and develop skills in a supportive environment.
