1 Statutory information
Wild Clover Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 14638324.
2 Guarantees and other financial commitments
As of 31/08/2025, the company has outstanding financial commitments totaling £524,610.70 owed to Wild Daisies Ltd, the parent company. This commitment is part of the company's overall financing arrangement with its parent company and represents a balance due in respect of funds advanced to support the company’s operational and capital requirements. The amount will be settled in line with the agreed repayment terms between the company and Wild Daisies Ltd, with no additional guarantees or securities in place related to this commitment. Wild Clover Ltd also owes £302.28 (2024:0) to The Guildford Vet (group company). There are no fixed repayment terms, and no interest is charged on this loan.

For the period ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
