As a community interest company, our boxing club in Mold has been dedicated to promoting physical well-being, mental resilience, and social inclusion within our local area. We provide accessible fitness and boxing training to people of all ages and backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on youth engagement, confidence building, and positive lifestyle choices. Through structured coaching sessions, outreach initiatives, and local partnerships, we offer a safe and supportive space where members of the community can improve their health, develop discipline, and foster a sense of belonging. Our programmes often target at-risk or undeserved individuals, helping to reduce antisocial behaviour and improve community cohesion.
