The Sage Network CIC is a therapeutic organisation based within Dover, Kent. Our aim is to engage with people through a range of weekly group and individual activities including community gardening groups, bespoke therapy workshops, social connections, and supporting people to grow and thrive in their local communities. Our focus is to enable and engage people living locally with physical and mental health conditions, social isolation, low income and carers. Within our community gardens we aim to provide positive social connections, sharing and learning new skills in a safe and therapeutic environment. The produce grown in the garden is shared with group members or the local food pantry and the wider community. The garden has been developed in an urban unused space which now hosts approximately 50 – 100 members and visitors a month.
No consultation with stakeholders
Two of our directors, Wendy Cruse and Jessica Peterson, are utilised by The Sage Network CIC on a self-employed basis and both receive a monthly stipend commensurate with market value. The total amount payable in relation to a director in respect of qualifying services was £1,870.
