NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS
1 Statutory information
Forevermore Properties Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15348771. The registered office and principal place of business is 2 Kingsway Parade, Liverpool, Merseyside, L36 2QA, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, Directors Anthony Kemp and John Inglesby advanced £24,276.50 each to the company as a long-term loan. The loan carries an interest rate of 3.75% per annum. The principal amount is repayable at the company’s discretion, subject to a minimum notice period of [insert notice period if applicable] and is unsecured. As at the year-end, the outstanding balance was £24,261. No amounts have been repaid, written off or waived during the year. All terms of the loan were agreed on normal commercial terms.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
Secured Liabilities – Registered Charge On 10 December 2024, a fixed and floating charge was created in favour of HSBC UK Bank PLC (charge code: 1534 8771 0001). This charge is registered at Companies House and comprises: A fixed charge over all assets of the company, A floating charge covering all the property and undertaking of the company, A negative pledge restricting the company from creating any subsequent charge having priority over, or ranking equally with, this charge. The charge secures all present and future liabilities owed to HSBC UK Bank PLC.

For the period ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
