This year the Rugby Black List has benefited its community by hosting two high profiled events; celebrating the contribution and collaborating to facilitate critical discussion and connecting to grow networks. May 1st saw our annual awards event taking place with record attendance at the spiritual home of global rugby. In the run up to this event, the RBL, sort to galvanise their community, with serval regional and national media interview / appearances, all to build affiliation, share, celebrate and connect. July saw RBL collaborating with other with similar organisations with complimentary commitments outcomes to host a live podcast recording to reach and engage with new audiences, addressing topical conversations and critically challenging governing systems.
Post and prior to events, we have sent out and gather feedback - checking and challenging our processes to improve, refine and ensure we are cost effective, and meeting needs of those interested in our growing community.
