Freehold Title
The company holds the freehold of Beacon House, 25 Normanton Road, South Croydon, Surrey, CR2 7AE as a nominee on behalf of its members, who are the leaseholders. The freehold is not included as an asset in the financial statements, as the company does not have a beneficial interest.
