| Material uncertainty related to going concern |
| We draw attention to note 2 to the financial statements, which indicates that the company incurred a loss of £92,030 during the year ended 31 December 2024 and, as of that date, the company's current liabilities exceeded its total assets by £1,386,196. As states in note 2, this indicates that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Our responsibilities and the responsibilities of the directors with respect to going concern are described in the relevant sections of this report. |
| 8. | CONTROLLING PARTY |
| The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcohol Countermeasure Systems (International) Inc., a company incorporated in Canada. |
