1. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Mr Fitchew is the sole director and shareholder in the company.
Mr Fitchew is a director of Rylands Properties Limited. Profunnel Limited owns 100% of the share capital in Rylands Properties Limited.
During the year the company made payments and was charged for services on behalf of Rylands Properties Limited. At the year end the total owing to the company from Ryland Properties Limited totalled £76,930 ( 2023 - £27,888 ) and is included under note 10 to the accounts.
