Students need to transition from the classroom to the workplace. At UKISE we help students develop the essential skills employers need and gain practical work experience via our Virtual Internship Programme . We partner with many UK’s reputable and innovative organisations across all industries. We work to improve international students' employability via career surveying, providing sector and visa guidance, cultural awareness training and skills assessments. The programme benefits the UK workforce via an influx of energy and innovative ideas from a diverse pool of passionate students situated in any countries or around the world. Students in turn learn what it takes to succeed within the UK’s reputable organisations.
The stakeholders are the international students who based in the UK. The consultation was taken through social media, events and company programme.
