During the financial year, the company has continued to deliver a wide range of activities that support the development of football and provide meaningful benefits to the wider community. Our operations have focused on promoting inclusivity, youth engagement, and the overall wellbeing of local residents through sport. Football Development: We have provided training sessions, coaching programmes, and competitive opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. Particular emphasis was placed on grassroots football, with dedicated initiatives aimed at increasing participation among underrepresented groups. Girls’ Football: We continued to expand our girls’ football programmes, offering weekly training sessions, school outreach events, and pathways into competitive teams. These efforts have led to increased engagement, helping to empower girls through sport, build confidence, and foster a sense of teamwork and community. Local Community Engagement: The company has hosted a variety of community events, including health and wellbeing workshops and family fun days. These initiatives have helped strengthen community ties, promote physical activity, and provide safe and inclusive spaces for local residents to come together. Youth & Education Support: We have worked in partnership with local schools to deliver football-based educational programmes, combining physical activity with key life skills such as leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Through these efforts, the company has not only supported the growth of football but also contributed positively to the health, development, and cohesion of the local community, with a strong focus on inclusion, particularly for young people and girls.
