Community reach & engagement - Supported over 350 individuals through workshops, mentoring, and enterprise support - Expanded our youth development programming, launching two pilot initiatives in Belfast. - Held 9 community-led events amplifying diverse voices and building safe, empowering spaces Capacity building & training - Delivered 7 leadership and resilience training programs tailored to ethnic minority professionals and entrepreneurs - Hosted our inaugural ", International Women’s Day, DE&I Creative Leadership Conference ", convening policy makers, funders, and community leaders Advocacy & representation - Contributed to regional and national policy briefs, including *ethnic diversity, and environmental leadership in Northern Ireland* - Engaged in dialogue with government officials, sector leaders, and media on addressing structural barriers - Represented ethnic minority women’s voices at 3 high-level conferences and consultations Enterprise & economic inclusion JoinHer Network CIC supported 30+ women-led microenterprises with business development guidance, funding referrals, and branding support.
