1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in Scotland. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 Section 1A as it applies to the financial statements for the period and there were no material departures from the reporting standard.

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the financial reporting standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

	Functional and presentation currency
	The financial statements are presented in sterling and this is the functional currency of the company.

	Turnover policy
	Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services.

	Revenue from sale of goods
	Revenue from the sale of goods is recognised when the company has transferred to the buyer the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods, usually when goods are delivered and legal title has passed. Providing the amount of revenue can be measured reliably, it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the company and the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transition can be measured reliably.

7.	Related party transactions
	Other Debtors includes £4,790 (2023: £4,790) is due from Chilli 786 Limited. Other creditors include £630 (2023: £630) due to Sub A1 Limited, £1,520 (2023: £1,520) due to Asian Flavours Newcastle Limited, and £6,555 (2023: £970 ) due to Sub DG One Limited, where Mr. S A Rasul serves as a director. Moreover, the Other creditors also encompass £16,648 (2023: £16,648) owed to Mrs. M Rasul, who is the wife of Mr. S A Rasul.

Related party transactions
