3. Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees

During the year, advances to a director amounting to £20,750 (2023: £2,493). During the year £31,757 (2023: £1,500) was repaid to the company. The total owed to a director at the year-end was £10,014 (2023: owed by director £993).

4. Going concern

The director has confirmed his continued support of the company, the accounts have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
