For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:

Transactions with related parties
During the year the company recognised accrued income of £386,137 in respect of services provided to Spark Travel Limited (“Spark”), a company incorporated on 2 March 2024 which is under common control through a shared director, Simon Wilkinson. This amount relates to support provided on the development of the Spark system, as well as operational, administrative and promotional support. It includes the release of £120,000 of costs that had been deferred from the previous year. The accrued income was invoiced to Spark Travel Limited in 2025, after the year end. These transactions were undertaken on an arm’s length commercial basis.
In addition, during the year the company issued sales invoices totalling £86,044 (net of VAT) to external customers in respect of Spark Travel Limited’s activities and incurred director-related costs of £6,774 (net of VAT) relating to Spark Travel Limited’s activities, which were invoiced to Webigence Limited by suppliers. The VAT on these amounts was accounted for by Webigence Limited, and the net income less costs has been recharged to Spark Travel Limited at cost, with no profit element, to reflect that these amounts related to Spark Travel Limited’s activities. At the year end, £79,270 was payable to Spark Travel Limited.
During the year the company also paid £7,742 (2023: £1,200) to P&P Accounting Limited in respect of accountancy services. P&P Accounting Limited is owned and directed by the spouse of Simon Wilkinson, the sole director of the company. These transactions were conducted on an arm’s length commercial basis.
