2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
The Director has an unsecured overdrawn loan account with the company.
During the year advances, including interest, of £16,311 (2023: £9,417) were made to the Director.
During the year repayments of £8,233 (2023: £38,491) were made.
If the loan is overdrawn by more than £10,000 in a Tax year Interest is charged on the outstanding balance using the official rate as set by HMRC.
During the year interest of £158 (2023: £489) has been charged to the Director.
The balance owed by the Director, including interest, at the year end was was £9,547 (2023: £1,469).
The loan has no specified date for repayment but is repayable on demand.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
